Jack started Arc Plumbing & Heating alongside his fathers company Arc Electrical in 2013, our aims where to provide the best customer service, alongside very high standard of work, we quickly got a good reputation for our full bathroom installations, neat boiler installations and making sure the customer felt a part of decisions with regards to the work, been carried out in their home. From here we have built a team with the same attributes and aims for the end client. Keeping our high reputation within the industry.
You’ll find Jack out on Jobs, helping and checking in to insure the client is happy with progress and carrying out quotations and the general day to day running of the company.

The longest of our employees, David has been with us since he started in the industry 5 years ago and is now a trusted, experienced and qualified heating & plumbing engineer, along with picking up other trades such as plastering, basic carpentry work.

Toby is our most recent Trainee, he works alongside one of our engineers learning the trade and building on his current skills, he will become a fully fledged Plumbing & heating engineer by the end of his apprenticeship
